This season does not deserve the attention it gets. RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked is the access-all-areas pass to the drama that you didn't see on the runway-the backstage bitchiness, the catfights, the struggles, the tears and the secrets. I'm currently watching Canada season 2 and it's so much more fun - it's professional, the judging is on point and there are clear reasons behind each elimination so it feels right all the way. Save yourself some time and watch earlier non-all stars seasons. Other than that not much to like - you know a season is bad when you just want to finish it so you can just cross it off of your list. RuPauls Drag Race Down Under is a reality competition streaming television series based on the American television series of the same name produced by. ![]() It was also nice to see queens coming from spin-offs getting international attention. The only highlight was the Snatch Game that Begga carried and some of the looks the queens brought. After watching this, you leave with a bad taste in your mouth and just hope they won't do another all stars season. I'm a fan of Drag Race because it gives the platform for talented queens to show off their artistry - and this season has ruined that. I get some people like the drama, but if I wanted this sort of drama I'd be watching some lame show like Big Brother. I get Rupaul wants his Emmy but this is a disrespectful and a mean way to try to get it. This season doesn't treat queens with respect, it uses them to make noise on social media and create more engagement. How they cut in the crying Pangina was just so heartbreaking and cringe at the same time. I've watched practically all seasons and there's always a bit of manipulation here and there but this time they just went too far. Airing concurrently with the main show is its Werk Room-focused. Early seasons of the show was great because it was a real competition and there was also drama, not because the producers produced it but because it came naturally. RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars season 8 concluded on July 21 with the twelfth and final episode streaming on Paramount+. I get that it's a reality TV show but the all stars rules are not fun (they never were) and we lose talented queens way before we could see and enjoy their true potential. I was so looking forward to this, seeing top queens competing from all over the world! The cast was promising but the rules of the shows totally killed the excitement early on. ![]()
